A meeting of the membership, for the purpose of voting on the recommendation of the Board
to dissolve the organization and redirect the remaining assets
is called to meet at Noon on August 19, 2005,
in the First Presbyterian Church of Branson, MO.

This meeting will immediately follow the MIM reunion.

Our bylaws tell us we need 100 voting members for a quorum.

Legal counsel says we must have a vote of the members to dissolve the organization.
